During the COVID-19 pandemic, we had the unique opportunity to do a remote photoshoot at our home featuring…us! We are excited to be a part of the most recent catalog campaign for simplehuman.
simplehuman had a community of photographers take photos of themselves at home showcasing how the product is helping them stay at home.
Little do you know that Burke is remote triggering our Canon EOS R from the Canon App on his phone during this shoot. We had no lights and used only a reflector!
It became obvious very quickly that our dog, Phil Collins, is way better model than the two of us!
Look for your copy of the simplehuman catalog in the mail this summer!

Check out Season 5 of Battlebots airing now on Discovery Channel!

Recently debuted at the 2019 Modernism Week in Palm Springs, the completed Desert Axiom house by Turkel Designs is the perfect desert oasis. It pays homage to the area’s Midcentury Modern homes but is contemporary with its zero carbon footprint.

We had the pleasure of creating two short films and photographing this home for Dwell Magazine, Dacor Appliances and Marvin Windows.
Founded by celebrity Pilates Instructor, Kourtney McCullough, Kore Kinect offers form focused, breath centered, muscle quivering, low impact workouts that are designed to align and protect your spine while strengthening your core from the inside out. By moving thoughtfully and intentionally, we can create lengthened, sculpted bodies that also function well and are resilient to everyday life. This method will leave you feeling energized and more kinected, body and mind.

“Drawing from their like-minded ideals and shared roots in the Golden State, Dwell and Concrete Collaborative have joined forces to launch a multipurpose line of handcrafted tiles inspired by California surf culture. The current patterns feature bold midcentury colors that are inlaid into each concrete tile using pigmented clay, not glazed on top. Also known as an encaustic approach, the traditional process creates a durable finish for bathroom floors, kitchen backsplashes, courtyards—or other standout surfaces.”

In a collaboration with Airows, we took Cadillac’s high-powered CTS-V for a spin around LA, and snapped these sleek photos of this incredible machine.
More from Airows.com:
“Cadillac was foolish enough to hand us the keys to a blacked-out CTS-V and let us go wild with it for an extra long weekend. Nicknamed “Cad-zilla,” the V8 powered ride hits 200 miles per hour while still having all the practicability of a four door sedan, letting you pick up the in-laws on the way home from the race track with ease.
Spinning around Los Angeles, we managed to snap a few shots between ignoring speed limits and taking this thing to its limits. Let’s just say calling it “photogenic” would be a major league understatment…”

Yoshua is a fantasy-drama short film written & directed by Matthew Castellanos about a nationwide hunt for the blue alien population “Tierra Amarillas,” which is also the name of the rumored enchanted land they call home. The government has deemed Tierra Amarillas dangerous because of their mystical powers, but deep in South Central Los Angeles, a group of outcast teens are secretly protecting one of them, Yoshua. Now that the group is growing up and moving apart, they are forced to make decisions on how they will protect their big blue alien friend. Will they stay in South Central or flee?
